      Original adapter was missing the washer - replacement sent

      Following a move, the washer as part of the adapter went missing.

      After sending a note through support, a new adapter was sent to me at no cost.

      I'd love if there was a possibility to receive JUST the washer vs. sending a replacement adapter but happy this got resolved quickly.
