    Installation nightmare

    Bought this as a gift for Fathers Day. Dad wanted to return it because he wanted something else but the draconian return policy forced us to keep an unopened product. Tried to install. Leaks persisted. Paid additional $ for a hose kit. Hose isn’t long enough. Their AI servíce tried to order me another one of the same thing. Tushy doesn’t even have what I need for their product. They linked me to effing Amazon. I’m about to stuff this thing in the trash. $400+ wasted.

    Life changing

    After years of dealing with issues of trying to get clean after multiple passes with TP I gave Tushy a try and I can honestly say I will never go back. I ordered the model with preheated water and the dryer blower. I love the heated water to avoid wanting to jump off the seat from the initial shock ... but find the blow dryer not that useful. I don't know how long you need to sit there on the blow dry cycle but I have never been willing to wait that long.

    My road to a clean tushy

    Took a couple of weeks to finally settle on some settings. For awhile I was begining to question my purchase. In the end I it help reduce my toilet paper usage which is a good thing.

    Gift for my wife

    This was a Mother's Day gift for my wife. She loves it. She loves the front and rear warm water features and the heated seat.

    Install would have been effortless if it wasn't for the old toilet seat bolts seizing. I had to cut them off.

Cloud by TUSHY is designed for elongated toilets only. If the distance from your toilet seat screw holes to the front edge of your toilet is 18.5 inches (470mm) or greater, your toilet should be a perfect fit!

Please note that it will not pair well with a French Curve style toilet, that has curved sidewalls. Unfortunately the base plate will not usually lay flat due to those curves.

If your toilet is not near an accessible plug, you can always have an electrician install one.
