  • If you’ve had a change of fart, we will refund you for the service within 30 days of your initial order date, so long as you haven't already scheduled the call.
  • TUSHY can provide guidance but are not licensed plumbers, and if we deem your toilet setup to be too complex we may recommend plumbing help and will refund your video installation purchase.
  • If you successfully install your TUSHY during the virtual installation but ultimately decide to return your TUSHY, we cannot refund you for the service, only the TUSHY as long as it it's within 30 days of your purchase.
