This bidet has been an amazing addition to our toilets! Our kids (and us) love being able to use it hands free since our old ones were the old school wands like a removable mini shower head. Installation was fairly straightforward. There's a button to detach the toilet seat & cover from the base plate, so it makes cleaning easier. The dual temp was a little finnicky where the slightest tap on temp knob made the water temp to swing from cold to hot, but that could just be my water supply issue. Overall its a good product.

Truly a great product. Ease of installation. All the necessary parts supplied. A very impressed and happy customer. One wonders what took so long to install the unit in the home. The rubber mounting grommets did not do the job. I had to use third part mounting screws and under bowl bolts to hold the seat securely.
