    I’m a believer

    We did need help from a plumber friend for installation due to our older plumbing system and location of the connections, but drilling a hole into the cabinet beside the toilet was easy. It worked great, but we noticed a small leak into the toilet. I messaged customer service and they responded immediately. I sent a video of the leak and within 30 minutes, a new bidet was on the way. Customer service is excellent. Putting the new one on was easy and it works great. What a refreshing, clean feeling. I love the warm water option. I can’t believe I waited this long to get one.
