Damn, life before a bidet was so sad and dirty and disgusting. What the hell are we doing? Why aren't these everywhere in society?
My original order came with a base plate that did not quite fit, and when I brought it to the attention of customer service, they immediately sent me the correct one, fits brilliantly, and everything is great.
