Can you ship internationally?

We sure can! However, there is an additional shipping fee to send your TUSHY outside of the U.S. Please simply add your shipping address to the cart and it will calculate your shipping charge automatically. If you are not in the U.S. or Canada, please message us at after you order and we will make sure to send you the appropriate fittings for your country's plumbing so you don't run into any troubles.

What's your return policy?

We will process domestic U.S. returns on undamaged TUSHYs within 60 days of purchase. We offer a one-way freight policy, wherein customers who pay freight for their order are eligible for a return label. Customers who received free shipping are responsible for shipping costs on any returns or replacements. Our bidets come with a 12 month guarantee on equipment and parts. We will promptly replace any defective parts, free of charge, within the specified warranty period. Contact us to request a replacement part or bidet.

To initiate a return, please message with the following information:

  • The reason for your return.

    If a picture would better describe your problem, please attach it to the message. We have solutions for many of the common problems that you may run into.

  • Your order number and TUSHY model.

    Describe the state of the box and packaging. Has the box been opened or TUSHY used? Have you tried to install your TUSHY? (Due to governmental regulations, we need to thoroughly inspect, process, and sanitize every returned product. This helps us understand how we will process the return.)

  • Do you have any suggested improvements?

    (This question helps us understand how we can do better and prevent any issues that you may have encountered.)
