This adapter is needed when installing Tushy outside of the US. Unfortunately, I should have ordered two, for the warm water as well. Now I have to order one more adapter. I also had to unscrew the whole toilet tank to fit the adapter, which resulted in flushing the bathroom floor. In the end, it works though.
