I will admit, I’ve always kinda wanted a Bidet, but I’ve also been nervous to purchase as I’ve never used one, and I was worried it may be a big waste of money. Boy was I wrong!! Let’s start with the fact that I have Crohn’s Disease (a really shitty thing both literally and figuratively), and so when I am flaring or prepping for another annual colonoscopy, toilet paper becomes dreaded as it’s about as useful as sandpaper during those times and makes everything worse. The thought of a bidet sounds enticing when you are living on the toilet. I kept seeing your ads on social media, and I’m not going to lie, they were hilarious! I showed them to my spouse and then a decision was made: let’s try the dang thing! So, I looked at the options. I was going to be cheap at first and go with your basic model, but we live in the mountains and are on a well. That ice-cold tap we have during the colder months didn’t sound super appealing to be sprayed at the nether region. So even though I’m currently in remission, I thought about what features could really be helpful during the worst times of my disease. Heated seat, warm water, warm air drying- these all sounded pretty life changing to me. Also, being someone who worries about cleanliness, the self cleaning and UV sterilization sounded perfect. Following my last colonoscopy, I experienced what I later learned was fecal incontinence. Because I had to "go" a ridiculous number of times, the chaffing I experienced was excruciating. I mean it was so bad, I thought I had a boil & an open wound that had been set on fire.
My Mom has had a bidet for years. Oddly enough, though both she and my brother raved about it, I never tried it myself. However, after the above, I went for it, and have no regrets! (It was an easy install, too).
As so many have stated, you definitely use less t.p. For a woman, that is great news b/c we always need to use it no matter our reason for sitting on the porcelain throne. The CLOUD helps save t.p., gives your hole a good cleaning, and dries you up after.
One of the best investments that I have made.

We bought our first Tushy bidet 5 years ago and it was absolutely a life changing experience. Not only does it save water from less toilet paper use, it is exponentially more hygienic and healthy than wiping alone. And now 5 years later we have a tushy bidet on every toilet, and out more recent one is the electric Cliud by Tushy. I thought the Classic was life changing but now I am spoiled beyond belief. Warm water, warm seat, OSCILLATING FUNCTION (holy moly), and so many other features. A Tushy bidet needs to be in every home in America and the world. We will all be healthier for it!
