My son & daughter-in-law gave us a basic Tushy for Christmas. They purchased it in early November, so by the day after Christmas, we were outside of the return window. All I wanted to do was upgrade it for a heated bidet, as I did not enjoy the cold water. I was willing to pay the extra money. Unfortunately, all I have ever received is an email "run-a-round." I have asked for a phone number to speak to someone with no luck.
I am sure the toilet seat is fine, but the customer service and Christmas return policy are awful.

How do bidets work?
Bidets use the same clean water you brush your teeth with to wash your butt.
