Good question! While humans shit worldwide, we currently ship to the following countries:
US Non-Contiguous Zones
Hopefully we’ll add to this list soon! If you’re planning on moving from one of these countries to one not on this list, don’t worry! We can help you with the adapters you may need—just ask! We poop and spray in many languages.
We’re happy to help you change your address or cancel your order, as long as it hasn’t been processed already. If your order has been processed, unfortunately it’s then too late to make any changes as it’s likely already on the shipping truck heading your way.
If you do need to cancel or make changes to your order, please reach out to us via email or chat support with your order number and the change you’d like to make. The faster the better, but please be advised we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make the changes in time. Our priority is getting your order to you (and ultimately, your bathroom and your bum!) as quickly as possible, so last minute changes can be tough to squeeze out. ;)
Easy! You’ll automatically get an email as soon as an order is placed, and a second one with tracking info once it ships. You’ll be able to follow your order’s progress right up to your doorstep. These emails will come from [email protected] if you want to keep an eye out for that.
If you’ve misplaced that email, you can always drop us a line and we’ll send you tracking info! We’re excited for you and your butt!
All our orders ship (AKA leave the warehouse) in 1 to 3 business days. After that, the delivery time varies by shipping method, but those times are also given in business days. This means Saturdays and Sundays aren't counted in the estimates. Usually standard shipping arrives in 2 to 7 business days once it has left the warehouse if you’re based in the contiguous US. For shipments to Australia, Canada and non-contiguous US zones, it should arrive in 3 to 4 weeks.

If that expected time has passed and you still haven’t gotten your order, please do reach out to us! We want your order to arrive as much as your bum does.
Oh crap! Sorry to hear you didn’t get everything you ordered! Likely one of the following describes your situation:
If you ordered multiple items, it’s likely that they’re being sent in different shipments. In this case, you should have received separate shipping confirmation emails with different tracking information for each shipment. You can track the item you’re still waiting on using that info. It’s likely still headed your way!
If you’re missing something that should have come included with an item you ordered (like something from your parts kit with your TUSHY bidet, for instance), that should not happen! If it did, please send us a photo of everything you did receive to [email protected] and we’ll make sure you get the missing part! We don’t like shipping the bed.

An American tragedy! Before you install security cameras by your front door/create a hashtag to rise against FedEx, know that most of the time when this happens, the carrier simply hasn’t scanned your package properly. It is very likely still on its way to you.
We've seen lots of wonkiness in shipping as of late. Unfortunately, many couriers have been affected by the pandemic and continue to be. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other courier services have all reported a number of route suspensions as a result of government restrictions. As we write this, we are seeing significant delays on the carrier's end due to the pandemic crisis, and have no capabilities with the carrier once the package is handed over to them.
We do have an action plan in case you don’t get your goods:

Allow 14 days from your shipment date before filing a claim if shipped to the contiguous US, and 21 days if heading to Australia, Canada or non-contiguous US zones.
If you don't receive your package within 14/21 days after its ship date, please let us know.
More often than not, the package does show up within this window. We know you’re eager to get that TUSHY and get to poopin’, but we promise your patience will be rewarded.
If your order has been shipped from our shipping facility, a good faith effort has been made by the carrier to have it delivered, and it is marked as delivered in the carrier’s tracking system. We will not refund this order unless a evidence has been produced regarding the missing order.
