How It Works: You can just pop off the old knob and replace with the new one.
Compatibility: Alignment is key here! Depending on your model the shaft the knob slides onto will be different, so see below to ensure you get the right fit. All of our knobs will fit the shaft of any model, but the dot that indicates on/off will only line up correctly by choosing the right model.

The dot to the “off” is out of alignment. I am getting others that are correct.

It takes a little getting used to, but overall I like it a lot. I ordered mine in December 2019 but didn't receive it until February 2020 and then only after I reached out to find out what the status of my order was. Apparently mine was on back order. After 2 email exchanges, the second contact did a "work around" to get me my product - I ordered the white w/gunmetal knobs but it was on back order so he sent me the white one with bamboo knobs and sent me the gunmetal knobs separately. This seemed to be OK until my husband went to install it and realized that the gunmetal knobs would not line up the same as the bamboo knobs, meaning that the "Off" position would be about 3 or 4 ticks off. So I didn't change the knobs out and I have a white one with bamboo knobs. But I was so excited about the product that I just wanted it installed. The actual performance has been great! I really do like it and I am very happy with my purchase even if it isn't exactly the one I ordered. Interestingly, a few days after my husband installed mine, I got a duplicate one in the mail! I did not open it as I intended to return it so I don't know if it was actually the one I ordered or not. Anyway, I reached out to the team to see how to return it, but they told me to keep it for myself or give it to a friend and they would give me a credit. So I gave the extra one to my son. I don't know if he's installed it yet.And they have, in fact, issued a credit.
