This Contest is open solely to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of TUSHY, its affiliates, or any third-party partners, and their immediate family or household members, are not eligible to participate. The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

4. Contest Period
The Contest begins when the entry system goes live and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on March 2, 2025 (“Contest End Date”). Only entries received during this period will be eligible.
5. Prize
Win the newest TUSHY bidet!
If you correctly guess what feature we’ll unveil on our newest bidet launching on Monday, March 3, 2025, you’ll have a chance to win. Up to five (5) winners will be selected based on correct guesses. All winners will be contacted via email by Friday, March 7, 2025.
Note: Shipping of the prize is available only to addresses within the United States and Canada.
6. Winner Selection & Notification

Determination of Winners:
After the Contest End Date, TUSHY will review all entries to determine which submissions correctly guessed the new feature(s) on our latest product release and fully complied with the Contest Rules. A maximum of five (5) winners will be selected at random amongst eligible contestants. -
Notification:
All winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their entry by Friday, March 7, 2025. If a potential winner does not respond within the timeframe specified in the notification, TUSHY reserves the right to disqualify that entry and select an alternate winner.

Complete Entry Requirement:
Entries must be complete, legible, and comply with all steps outlined above. Incomplete or non-complying entries will be disqualified at TUSHY’s sole discretion. -
Rights Granted:
By entering the Contest, you grant TUSHY the right to use your submitted video, name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation. -
Technical Issues:
TUSHY is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network issues, or other problems that may prevent a successful entry submission. -
Amendment & Termination:
TUSHY reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time, with or without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion.

In no event shall TUSHY or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Contest or your acceptance or use of any prize.

These Official Rules and your participation in the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York (or applicable jurisdiction), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
