Official Rules and Terms & Conditions
Effective July 20, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR RECEIVE A RELIEF KIT. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF RECEIVING A RELIEF KIT. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
The TUSHY Emergency Bathroom Relief Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by TUSHY Inc., a Delaware corporation, with its principal place of business at 20 Jay Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201 (“TUSHY,” “Sponsor,” “we,” or “us”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on July 20, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. ET and continues until the earliest of: (a) the date Sponsor's committed Relief Kit inventory (an aggregate retail value in excess of $100,000) has been fully claimed; (b) August 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET (two weeks after launch); or (c) Sponsor's suspension or termination of the Giveaway under Section 13 (the “Giveaway Period”). Sponsor will post notice on the Giveaway landing page if the Giveaway closes early due to inventory exhaustion.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of TUSHY Inc., its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) Relief Kit per person, per shipping address, and per household for the duration of the Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of submissions made.
4. How to Participate
No purchase or payment is necessary to participate or to receive a Relief Kit. To participate, visit hellotushy.com/relief (the “Site”) and submit, through the official submission portal, at least one of the following (a “Qualifying Submission”):

A photo or video of yourself on the toilet conveying your bathroom distress (face may be obscured);

A photo or video of an empty toilet paper roll, decorated with a sad face or similar expression of distress; or
-
A screenshot of a text, chat, or social exchange with a friend or family member referencing your experience with the current cyclosporiasis outbreak.
Only submissions made through the official portal on the Site will be considered. Sponsor does not require, request, or accept medical records, doctor's notes, lab results, or any other health documentation as part of a Qualifying Submission or as a condition of receiving a Relief Kit.
5. Submission Guidelines
By submitting, entrant represents and warrants that: (a) the submission is their own original content, or they have all rights necessary to submit it; (b) it does not depict any identifiable third party's private health information or other sensitive personal information without that person's consent; (c) it does not contain nudity, hate speech, threats, or unlawful content; and (d) it is not fraudulent or submitted in bad faith. Sponsor reserves the right to reject any submission, in its sole discretion, that does not meet these guidelines.
6. Review and Qualification
Each submission is reviewed by TUSHY's internal team for compliance with Sections 4 and 5. Sponsor retains sole and final discretion to determine whether a submission qualifies. No diagnosis, positive test result, or medical proof of any kind is required. Sponsor aims to review submissions within two (2) weeks of receipt and will notify entrants of the outcome by email.
7. Relief Kits
Each entrant with a Qualifying Submission will receive one (1) “Emergency Bathroom Relief Kit,” consisting of:

Entrant's choice of one (1) TUSHY SPA 3.0 Warm Water Bidet (ARV $149) OR one (1) TUSHY Travel Bidet (ARV $25);

One (1) 8-Pack of TUSHY Premium Bamboo Toilet Paper (ARV $29); and
-
One (1) TUSHY Bathroom Gift Set No. 2 (ARV $55).
Approximate total ARV per Relief Kit: up to $233, depending on bidet selected. Sponsor has committed an aggregate pool of Relief Kit inventory with a total retail value in excess of $100,000. Relief Kits are awarded on a rolling, first-qualified-first-served basis until the committed inventory is exhausted, at which point the Giveaway closes as described in Section 2. Color variants of products are at the discretion of the SponsorNo cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a product of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable.
8. Fulfillment
Relief Kits ship free of charge to the U.S. shipping address provided at entry. Please allow up to two (2) weeks from qualification for delivery, and items may ship separately. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable shipments once handed to the carrier, except as required by law.
9. No Medical or Health Claims
TUSHY products are personal hygiene products. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent cyclosporiasis or any disease. They may provide comfort and improved hygiene during gastrointestinal illness, but no medical claims are made or implied. Entrants experiencing symptoms of cyclosporiasis or any illness should consult a licensed healthcare provider. This Giveaway and TUSHY Inc. are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, FEMA, any state or local health department, or any government agency.
10. Privacy and Use of Submissions
Information collected (name, email, shipping address, and submitted photo, video, or screenshot) is used solely to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, and fulfill Relief Kits, in accordance with TUSHY's Privacy Policy. Submissions are reviewed only by authorized TUSHY personnel for qualification purposes and are not made public.
Separately, and only if an entrant affirmatively opts in via a distinct checkbox at the time of entry, entrant grants Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish their submission, in whole or edited form, in TUSHY's marketing, social media, and press materials. Opting into this license is never required to receive a Relief Kit.
11. Right to Modify, Suspend, or Terminate
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice — including if the underlying public health situation escalates in a manner Sponsor determines makes continuation of the Giveaway inappropriate. If terminated, Sponsor will still fulfill Relief Kits for all Qualifying Submissions received and approved before the termination notice is posted.
12. General Conditions; Release
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of a Relief Kit, except to the extent prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of the Site, submission portal, or any related software or hardware.
14. Taxes
Relief Kits are provided as promotional gifts. Entrants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes arising from receipt of a Relief Kit.
15. Disputes; Governing Law
This Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Giveaway will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and entrants consent to personal jurisdiction there.
