1. Eligibility
The "TUSHY Bidet Party" program (“Program”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of TUSHY, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
Participants must also be enrolled in the TUSHY Spray Society Loyalty Program to qualify.
The Program is valid from October 1, 2025 through January 31, 2026. Parties must be hosted, and all required submissions completed, within this timeframe to qualify. Limit one approved party per host and per household.
2. How to Host a Bidet Party
To participate, eligible individuals must:
- Be enrolled in our loyalty program, the Spray Society

Host a party with at least 10 attendees.

Share educational information about TUSHY bidets and how they’ve improved your bathroom experience.

Use your personalized TUSHY referral QR code to generate a minimum of 4 qualifying bidet sales during your party. Qualifying sales must be new, valid purchases tied to your referral QR code or link on the same date as your party.

The theme is totally up to you! It could be a bidet party—or a Halloween party where you show off your bathroom in full costume, a Friendsgiving where you can go extra spicy on the meal, or a New Year's Eve party where more than the ball is dropped!
3. Reimbursement
Participants are eligible to receive reimbursement of up to $200 USD for food and beverages purchased for the party. Reimbursements will be issued via PayPal or, if preferred, as TUSHY store credit.
To qualify, participants must:

Submit a valid itemized receipt dated within 7 days of the hosted party.

Share a group photo from the event as proof that the party took place, with confirmation that attendees consent to TUSHY’s use of the image.

Reimbursement will be issued after the 30-day return period has passed for all qualifying purchases made using your referral QR code or link.
4. How to Apply
To request reimbursement, participants must submit photo via the TUSHY Spay Society rewards wallet:

On desktop: Open your rewards wallet by tapping the blue icon in the lower left corner of the screen while visiting hellotushy.com and tap the “TUSHY Bidet Party” challenge under the "Earn more credit" section.

On mobile: Navigate to hellotushy.com/loyalty and log in to your TUSHY account or create one by clicking the blue button on the page. Once logged in to the rewards wallet tap the “TUSHY Bidet Party” challenge under the "Earn more credit" section.

Within the wallet submission form you'll need to submit these for approval:

Photo of itemized receipt.

At least one group photo from your event, but you are welcome to submit up to 20 photos.

Submissions must be sent within 7 days of hosting your party. Once approved we'll follow up via email to see if you prefer TUSHY store credit, or a Paypal reimbursement for the amount spent on food and beverage.
5. Additional Rewards
In addition to reimbursement, participants will earn Porcelain Points for each qualifying referral through their QR code.
Bonus consideration may be given to participants who submit photos from their Bidet Party to TUSHY for promotional purposes.
6. Timing
The Program runs from October 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026. TUSHY reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
7. Limitations

Only one reimbursement (up to $200) will be granted per approved host during the Program.

Reimbursements are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for cash.

Fraudulent activity or failure to meet the stated requirements will result in disqualification.
8. Publicity & Privacy Release
By participating, you grant TUSHY the right to use your name, likeness, photos, and any content submitted (including images from your Bidet Party) for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation or notification, unless prohibited by law. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that all individuals pictured in submitted photos have consented to such use.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with reimbursement are the sole responsibility of the participant.
10. General Conditions
TUSHY reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be violating these Terms & Conditions or tampering with the Program in any way. All decisions by TUSHY are final and binding.
11. Limitation of Liability
By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless TUSHY, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Program or acceptance of reimbursement.
12. Governing Law
This Program is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
