I really like having our bidet, BUT, the knob has never been easy! I have to use two hands to turn it on and off. . bought two, gave one to my son and his worked great! I've finally decided to buy a new one so make sure you sent one that the knob turns easy! I should have reviewed it long ago, kept thinking it would get easier. . .
